This privacy policy applies to the Timer for Sports app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by SHYDO TOV (collectively, the "Application"). SHYDO TOV is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

We do not collect or store any personal data.
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as your ephemeral IP address) is transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Real-Time Location Data
This Application does not collect precise or real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect any personal information, no data is shared with or accessible to third parties.
Data Retention Policy
Because the Application does not collect, track, or process any personal user data, we do not retain any user data on our servers or databases. Technical network data required for basic connectivity (such as transient IP addresses) is processed ephemerally in real-time and immediately discarded.
Data Deletion & Your Rights
Since no personal data is stored by the Application, there is no user data to delete from our servers. Uninstalling the Application completely removes all local app settings and data stored locally on your device.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or such higher age as required by applicable law). The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children. Since the Application does not collect personal information, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone.
Security & Breach Notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, the Service Provider maintains reasonable safeguards to protect system infrastructure. If a security incident occurs affecting any data you have voluntarily provided via direct communication, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating this page with a new effective date. Previous versions will be maintained and made available upon request.
